Try google-ing this band and see if you come up with more than me... I don't know shit about All Chrome other than they sound remarkably like Verbal Assault. My friend Derik turned me onto them when my old band was on tour. We were driving around New Jersey looking for a record store and he pops in a tape of this CD. Flounders Flyers College and Canada was released by Ferret Music and is a discography I believe... Like I said I could find nothing about them.

i wrote a tiny description on lastfm, check it out.
they were from new bedford, ma 1997-99 or so. 2 ex members of Roswell who did a 7" on Hydra Head. I think they toured once or twice, didn't really get out of New Bedford/Providence scenes but great memories of those days.
